SMart

Co-ordinated by Cambridgeshire County Council in association with Nacro (the crime reduction charity) and Connexions, SMart (Skills & Motivation through Arts) is an Arts Council funded programme designed to improve basic and employment skills using artists and creative people. Menagerie recruit, train and manage all of the artists involved in the programme.

Red is Water

Commissioned by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Skills for Life Partnership, Red is Water is a short play by Craig Baxter which highlights issues surrounding basic skills in the workplace. Working with a facilitator and actors, audiences are given the opportunity to explore these issues and how they relate to their own experience.
