Using actors, musicians, artists, designers, comedians and writers we inspire clients to create effective change by motivating and inspiring them with high quality, innovative workshops and programmes. The training, products, and support services provided by us link people together, promoting personal excellence and igniting untapped potential. The approach is fun, practical, relevant and most importantly, proven.
What we do: Training Reimagined
Each workshop is led by an expert Artist facilitator, often with an additional artist. Every workshop is unique - for each client we build upon our bases model for each of the following workshops, working with you in advane to tailor a bespoke experience aimed to reach your specifc organisation’s goals.
Team Building: The Explorer Journey
In this fully interactive workshop, you will work with two actors to improve your communication skills, awareness of others’ perspectives, and understand methods for encouraging creative group working processes.
This session typically involves activities exploring: improvisation fundamentals, storytelling, mind & body connection, creative communication.
Presentation & Pitching Skills
Through employing theatrical techniques, this session will guide you through the art of confidently pitching and presenting an audience. To do so, this session will teach you how to use body language, storytelling, and framing devices to clearly communicate your ideas.
This workshop also covers the basics, including presentation dos and don’t, and confidence improving tips and tricks.
Communication Impact: Learning From Actors
What can we learn from actors about communicating effectively? This workshop is led by our lead trainer Paul Bourne and works directly with at least one of our core team of professional actors/facilitators.
They will guide you through understanding how to utilise breathing and focus, body language, and tone to get your desired impact.
All of the above trainings are avaliable as either full day or half day workshops.
All of our Arts Based Training is designed by Menagerie Co-Artistic Director, Paul Bourne who has over 20 years experience delivering training for companies both across the UK and internationally.
